Wanted to continue modeling, explore acting and buy property. Slept in my brothers couch for 9 months until I got my first apartment. Wanted to buy property but had $100k in student loans and $30k in credit card debt. Started an Airbnb to make extra money to pay off credit cards while working at Kaiser. Went on a budget, found an efficiency apartment for $800/mo. Ran the Airbnb for 6 months before it was shut down by the landlord. By that point I’d paid off all my credit card debt and had some savings building. Started looking for a multi family. Now live in LA for free. Own a duplex with an ADU is South LA. I live in one unit and rent the other two which cover the mortgage. Looking to find my next investment and begin a career as a realtor.
